Our Focus on Sustainability

As part of the ecosystem at LapisChem, we support the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. In this scope, we prioritize 7 out of the 17 goals set by the United Nations and conduct studies for regular progress in relevant areas.

Clean Water and Sanitation

We are aware that water resources are diminishing globally. With our Active Carbon product portfolio used for wastewater recovery, healthy discharge, and gas purification, we supply products to many treatment plants in Turkey, playing a significant role in bringing millions of tons of water to healthy conditions.

Responsible Consumption and Production

We are aware that we are responsible for all stages of a product, from production to consumption, in the circular economy. In this context, we ensure that our sulfate minerals used in various sectors, especially agriculture and mining, are produced according to HACPP standards.

We ensure that all our stakeholders with whom we collaborate carry the sensitivities we hold at a minimum level. We require our suppliers to have at least an ISO 9001 certificate to work with us.
